Rewards & Gaming FAQs

Gamex Game- To temporarily suspend your account, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in Account Settings and select the "Cooling-Off Period" option — you can set it anywhere from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period you can still log in, but placing bets or making deposits won't be possible. For a longer break, the "Self-Exclusion" option lets you set a restriction from 6 months up to 5 years. Any points you've accumulated won't expire during this period — they'll be waiting for you when you return. You can also reach out directly to our support team and they'll walk you through the process. For more details, visit our Responsible Gaming Visit the page.

Gamex Game- Football betting is available in three main formats — Match Winner (1x2), Over/Under Goals, and Asian Handicap. You'll find betting options across all major leagues, from the Premier League, La Liga, and Bundesliga to the Bangladesh Premier League. Kabaddi betting is primarily tournament-based — special markets open during events like the Kabaddi World Cup and Pro Kabaddi League. Badminton, tennis, and basketball are also available for betting. These sports offer real-time odds in in-play betting, though the number of markets is somewhat fewer compared to cricket. On the Bet Page to view all sports categories.

Win Rewards, but Play Responsibly
